Peculiar Palm Trees

There are palm trees all over my town. i noticed something pretty funny about these palm trees. you notice how below the palm there is all that hay looking kind of stuff. well the palm tree on the right looks like its pants are falling down!!!! Just a funny observation that I wanted 2 share!!!!! BYE!

Three R's Contest

we all know what the Three R's are. Reduce,reuse,Recycle. I've been trying to live up to them lately. With everyone around america talking about being eco-friendly and to go green I thought I'd try to do some things to help out planet. there are small things that you can do that can really help our envirment. We all love our planet and should do our part to help make it a better place. So I thought maybe I could do a little competion on here. Okay there are a few simple steps you will need to follow to enter the contest.

1. Think of 10 envirmental ways to help the planet.
2. Put them into action with some friends.

Taylor/Lemonade Sale

W are raising money for a dear friend of our family,Taylor. (mentioned in posts before) She has been a great family friend since we were both 9 months old. About a year ago, at the age of 10, she was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, the wrst kind there is. She has to give herself several insulin shots per day. Her doctor suggested that her family look into putting her on an insulin pump. Unfortunatly, it will cost them $3,000.because they mean so much to us, we want to do our part to help. So Brooklin and I are having a Lemonade SAle today. Be in prayer that we raise just the right amount of money that they need. Thank you so much for your support blog readers. -Hannah

Braces

hey guys, sorry i have'nt been able to blog in a while! We wentv on vacation starting on friday and are still gonna be out for a couple of weeks! Since this isn't my computer, I can't show you any pictures, but i can tell you all about the braces that will be in mouths near you soon! HA!!!!! well, near the middle of july, I'm going to get my retainer, and the orhedonist needs about 10 more months, so that all of my baby teeth can fall out. One of my older friends has had braces for a while and she'd given me some good advice, she said that unless you normally wear one main color every day, it's better to get claer,siver braces, so that it'll match anything you feel like wearing, but them again, i have alot of pink,purple,blue,and red, so I'll have time to think about what I want to do! The Impossible

Hey guys, I wrote this really cool story and I really want to share. It is called the Impossible. I will write one chapter each day. Here it goes:

The Impossible

Chapter 1
My name is Lydia. I love life,kinda. Things are going' great. My mom just got remarried to a millionaire! The best thing about my life though is my friends. About a year ago my best friends started this really cool band called the "Shooting Stars", the problem was then that I didn't have any talent. I could not sing, dance, or play any instruments. Then one night when my mom was sleeping and I was taking a shower, I wrote a beautiful song. I loved every bit of it. I gave it to my friend Isabella because she is the Shooting Star's singer. She is really great with all that vocal stuff. So I gave her this song in the band loved it, that's when I became the band's songwriter. I'm super excited because I just wrote this new song and it's awesome. Tonight, I'm spending the night at Maggie's house, and I'm bringing the song to her.
DIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNGGG! DOOOOONNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGG!
Knock Knock. Knock.
"Hello, Lydia, the girl's are waiting for you down stairs. They're ready to practice." "Okay Lydia replied as she raced down the concrete staires that had been "under construction" for about a year now and into the basement. "Hey, Lydia," said all the girls in unison. Allyson, Isabella, Maggie, Sarah, and Miranda were the girls that were in the band. Lydia dug the song out of the back pocket of her designer jeans.
They did the song about five million times until watching their favorite band on T.V.

Bible Verses

I hope this doesn't sound too spiritual but yesterday I found 2 great verses in the Bible and I'd like to share them with you:

Matthew 17:20
"You don't have enough faith," Jesus told them. "Even if you had faith as small as a mustard seed, you could say to the mountain "move from here to there" and it would move. Nothing would be impossible.
The 2nd verse is 1 Corinthians 15: 10-11
But whatever I am now, it is all because God poured out his special favor on me-and not without results. For I have worked yet harder than any of the other apostles; yet it was not I but God who was working through me by His grace. So it makes no difference weather they preach or I preach,for we all have the same message you have already believed.

Matthew 17:20 means so much to m,e. It really gets me through all the times when I'm worried about something, scared, lonely, or afraid.

1 Corinthians 15: 10-11 really means allot to me. Recently, the Easter production that I was in at my church. Iwas kind of upset about, because there were no children speaking or singing parts in this play. Now, maybe I was being selfish, but when I read this verse, I realized that no matter who is in the spotlight singing, that no longer matters when I see the crowd that comes and gives their life to the Lord.
Jesus died on the cross for me, rose again, and washed away my sins, not only that but he gave me this talent that I have. The least that I could do is use my talent for Him. In stead of (like some talented people) bask in the "glory" of myself.

Baby Ethan

Excited about Singing!

Ever since I did Saint Nick, not only have I kept loving acting, but now I enjoy singing, also! The praise and worship director at our church would like me to sing a Wednesday night special on April 22, she approved of the song that I have chosen! Here are the lyrics:

Super Cool Science

I did a really cool science experiment that my teacher taught me and my classmates in our class room. i got some really cool pictures that I wanted to show y'all! All you have to have for this project is the following supplies:
food coloring
dish washing soap
milk
bowl

Procedure: pour milk into a bowl, pretend like the milk in the bowl is a clock and needs the 12:00, 3:00, 6:00, and 9:00 markings on it. You get the first color that you want of food coloring and put two drops of it on the twelve mark , continue doing the other numbers with differ ant colors, than you put a squirt of dishwasher soap in the middle than you shake it the tiniest bit, and there you have it!

Family Forever

No matter what happens, family is family! Sure, sometimes me and my brother and sister fight, but we go through almost everything together! No matter if one of us is having a bad hair day, or we might be really grumpy, we'll always have our family there to help to defend us when the bully at school made fun of us, they'll be there when everything turns out great, they'll be there when we just need some encouragement. I love my family, and they love me, eve when I have bad hair days, (see picture #2, the wind was actually blowing really hard and messed up my hair!) and through the times when you get in trouble at school! But my whole point is, when you really think about how great your life is, you will be amazed! You are not some homeless person who is sitting in the street with no family to take them into a warm cozy house, some people don't have food, or water, and some people have the worst lives out there, they don't know Jesus!
